You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive items that are significantly different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Spoiled Food: If the food delivered is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing and not delivered.
  • Order Not Delivered: If the order was not delivered to your specified address due to a failure on our end or the restaurant's/delivery partner's side.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order is confirmed.
  • Delayed delivery due to traffic, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong delivery address).

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card).
  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be credited as store credit or transferred via UPI/bank transfer.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
